Hello and welcome to my Blog. Let me by starting to introducing myself. I am a Single Male living with my family consisting of my father, his wife, two brothers and a dog. I have grown up with traditional Mexican-American food,and I have studied traditional french cuisine and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.
